Payment Policies

Initial Consultation

Westerfield Academy of Music offers a complimentary initial consultation to prospective students looking to inquire about music related studies. Please use this link to book an initial consultation.

Monthly Dues

Lesson and coaching package payment is due and charged at the beginning of each month for every lessons to be taken that month.    Lessons not paid for in advance are subject to a $10 one-time lesson fee. 

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy dictates that all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.   Cancellations that do not meet this threshold are not eligible for lesson credit.   Make-up lessons are available subject to scheduling and instructor approval.  You are never charged for lessons that the instructor misses.

Refunds

Westerfield Academy of Music does not offer refunds. All package and lesson sales are final.
